Wah! Heat

Too hot for the pug, especially after a short walk.

I’m attempting a water and low fibre diet today with the aim of knocking this gut flair up on the head and avoiding any embarrassment in my presentation to the board tomorrow morning.

Lovely card from the kids today and some tasty snacks, which I’ll have to save for another day but it was much appreciated.

In other news, Joe got his first COVID-19 vaccination. A slightly early birthday present ahead of tomorrow.
