A Day Without People

My Dear Princess and Dear Friends,

Joshua popped up this weekend. He asked if he could come around but Caro said she needed a day without people. 

So instead I met him in the local pub ("The Refinery"). It was pretty nice in there and we had good chats. 

All the same, my mind was on Caro. I understand how she feels about weekend days with no people. Work is draining, I get it. And sometimes you just need lots of NOTHING to recharge.

I'm glad to say that her work laptop has been put away all day, and she does seem in a much better frame of mind than yesterday. 

All the same, if I could gift her a day of people where she had the energy to enjoy them, I would.
