A Burst of Banksias

This Banksia (marginata) in our wonderful Campbell Rhododendron Gardens at Blackheath, may be old but it certainly doesn't fail to be assertive. You get out of your car, turn round, and there it is - 'here I am...aren't I beautiful...look at my cleverly curving leaf margins..come on..I won't hurt you...' Plants do have personalities!
