after the storm

in actuality - this was taken - before the storm hit - but the title worked - so i figured, go with it - the storm came up quickly - and i was in the middle - of a task - when i realized it - was coming and most - likely bringing with it - massive hail which - would hit my balcony - in moments so i raced - to bring in my pots

well i got only - my big patio pots - inside but not my hanging - pots before the hail hit - golf ball sized hail - came thundering down - in sheets from the sky - covering the ground - like snow in december - the good news is it didn’t - last long and i saved - my big pots - the not great news - is my hanging ones got decimated - perhaps they’ll come back - i can hope - and hope is what makes it...
