Remembering Alice

We walked today to remember our friend, Alice who we lost two years ago in May. It was a beautiful day and a beautiful and fitting walk. From Sedbergh and down parts of the Dale Way - everything in bloom and green and lush. It has been hard to catch up with everyone over the last year for obvious reasons so it was a lot of talking and reminiscing...she is so missed.

However our dear French friend would have expected us to also drink wonderful French wine to remember her by - so we will gather again in the coming weeks to toast her memory.
