Domestic day
Whilst I was doing some work, hubby had a fine time in the kitchen today. He baked two loaves of bread, made parsnip and carrot soup for tomorrow’s lunch, prepared Jamie’s Mushroom Cannelloni for tonight’s dinner (I forgot to take a photo, but it looked amazing) and had a go at making chickpea tofu just for the fun of it. The Mushroom Cannelloni was delicious and there was enough to leave an extra meal for my elderly Mum. One of the loaves of bread and two bowls of soup are shown in the blip.
