Pea twirl

This is a perennial pea plant in a neighbour's garden which puts out twirls at this time of year. There had been a heavy shower earlier and there are a few raindrops left from that.

I spent most of today getting sorted out for going away on Monday. I haven't been away for so long, I'm out of practice. I have a packing list but I might forget something vital all the same. I'm not going very far - about an hour away - but I would hate to have to come back for something.
