One day old

I went out first thing this morning in search of the newly emerged ladybird which I blipped yesterday.  I was very pleased to find it, (you can see the shadow of the pupae below it) and overnight it has developed spots and become several shades darker!

I may have to miss two or three blips now, or post quick phone shots as tomorrow we are going down to Somerset for a couple of nights. It is a 5 hour drive and at the moment I am having to do all the driving :-(  MiL has dementia and has been in a home for over 3 years but we have been informed that we need to find her a specialist dementia home.... We are not surprised, but with Covid and everything else it won't be easy. Some homes won't even let us in to see the rooms. However, we have 4 lined up to see and just hope that one seems suitable for her.
