Bedraggled Baby

......... this poor young starling didn’t know quite what to make of the rain that fell relentlessly all day .........it didn’t stop him and his friends from gobbling up all the food ....... at one point I counted 16 starlings now that the babies have fledged ;-)

I’ve included an extra of the tree that we were debating whether to remove or not .......... as you can see, the weight of the rain on the foliage has brought it down so that it’s almost touching the ground ......... I think that has made the decision for us ......... just as soon as it’s finished flowering ;-))
