Daily (keto) delight
My chia pudding which I look forward to each day!
Per serving....
Base:
100g low carb greek/unsweetened Yoghurt (check labels, they vary)
1tsp-1tbsp sweetener (I use golden monkfruit)
1 tbsp chia seeds
Additions - to your taste and desire:
1 tbsp coconut chips
1 tbsp slivered almonds
other allowable, fancy-able things.
Mix and leave overnight. I generally make two portions at a time and put in mason jars so I have two days worth ready. Before going to work I add a few frozen berries on the top and a tbsp running cream.
