Wanted - A Friend

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

Murphy had a routine check up at the vet today. Murphy has always LOVED going to the vet. So much so that he even tries to wriggle out of his collar to get to the clinic if we ever walk past it.

But not today.

He had to go when his paw was infected in lockdown but I couldn’t go in with him and he wasn’t happy. Today, it took 3 of us to encourage him into the consulting room (he wouldn’t even follow his favourite receptionist to get a treat).

I was telling The Prince that we should try to deal with Murphy’s (post-lockdown) separation anxiety…by getting another dog so he always has a buddy to play with.

It’s still a no!
