Beach

Early beach walk to beat the crowds. Whole beach to ourselves the dogs loved it. Gave my mum's horse some healing in the morning before his hoof trim. Managed a 5k run today first one since spraining my foot. Quite a lot of uphill here. Foot did well and doesn't seem any worse.
