Happy Birthday

The amazing Delia will be celebrating her 80th Birthday today.   I have followed her for many years and have most of her cookery books of which these are just a few.   The first 'Complete Cookery Course' is my favourite of them all but the update (below it) bears Delia's personal signature.    They are all well used and very special.    She is a 'legend'.
