Sun Feels Good

I was lucky to catch this fledgling House Wren in the sun.  It was probably one of the best mornings we will have weather-wise all summer.  The birds seemed to notice,  because I spotted more varieties than usual at this small wildlife area.  Even a couple of Indigo Buntings, but no surprise, they were too far away for a decent photo.  I also witnessed a squirrel eating a cicada.  They and many other critters are going to miss this endless food supply.
