Another house viewing

Did a viewing earlier on my own, not a serious enquiry but more of a chance to poke around some realty turd. Found some old records just sitting there, didn't even move them, bingo! There's today Blip done.

Obviously I go round old houses with an SLR.

Odd little house, (aren't they always?), another home, another palace where they had spent a considerable amount of money making it theres, another empty shell of a building that's been allowed to fall into disrepair in the last few years.

I should hate these old houses, but I don't. They really do need lots and lots of work, and money, but they are still priced well below their true value. Where people see a turd, I see potential. Maybe it's a curse ;)
