Guess which bit is mine?

No, not the big doorstop. D has been trying out his new found skills in soup making again today. This is a new tradition of eating a whole loaf having some nice bread to dunk.

Today's soup variety is mixed veg with some broth mix. We had a moment or two of mis-communication when I was saying 'put the frozen parsley cubes in the box in the freezer' at the same time as 'how much stock did you put in the soup.' The trouble is each of those questions had an answer that was a number.

Needless to say there was a moment of shouting at each other hilarity as the parsley went in the soup and not the freezer. ho hum.

This is the most exciting thing that I've done all day!! Except learn about the Edinburgh yarn festival on Saturday - I'm excited about that! Anyone going/ coming/ wanna be there???
