Wet Crocus

It was very frosty when we got up this morning. I mooched around indoors for a few hours doing some jewellery making experiments, waiting for the soil to dry so that I could shift some soil before the rain.

I went outside at the end of the morning and did some shovelling and raking. The soil is now looking more like a garden and less like a building site! It was bitterly cold whilst I was gardening, the wind had picked up again. I spent less than an hour gardening before the rain started, so I called it a day. I took an emergency blip of the crocus in the rain, hoping to get a shot of the new moon this evening, it's still raining!

Watched Tintin on DVD this afternoon. I'm not very familiar with the stories but it is an amazing film, using performance capture animation . Would love to hear other blippers' opinions if they are familiar with this film.
