Walking in the rain

Today has been mainly cloudy and cooler. It started raining this evening, we need the rain anyway as everything has become very dry.

I took the dogs across the farm fields for their evening walk, they had a good time sniffing around. I saw a couple of partridge flying low over the maize crop.
