Swimming

We started early today. We were ready to start training at 6 AM. The weather forecast says "crazy hot" these next days, so if I want to train, it has to be before the temperatures get too high. 

Our afternoon walk was made into an afternoon swim and the boys were perfectly happy with that. 

I had coffee with my friends, Erik and Ingelise, on the way home.
