Was meant to have an appointment in North London, but it turned into a Zoom call after the clinician had a positive lateral flow test... SO, took loads of macros in the morning (dissipating nervous energy?!) but wasn't that pleased with any of them; fortunately the duckules (esp. Kappa) provided plenty of opportunities in the early afternoon.
