This afternoon’s meeting finished later than expected which meant the light was fading fast when we reached the local beach area known as the Kumeras, near the town of Motueka, NZ.

With no tripod with me the shutter speed was slowed allowing camera movement to create this lovely soft blend of evening colour - in the sky and reflected in tidal pools.
