Reflections on Q Building

I have  blipped this building before when it was still under construction.  My  interest in it was that it had timber beams as its foundation rather the usual concrete and steel.

It seems to be finished now but I haven't seen any students in it as yet but when I think about it, it might be semester break.  It is the home of University of Newcastle's Creative Industries Department and Innovative Hub.
