Staycation Anyone?

I've found just the place for your staycation this year - NOT!

They are finally going to demolish this place which for many years has been a squalid hostel for homeless men in Glasgow.  A notorious place often referred to as 'Dickensian' and a modern day poorhouse.

However a number of years ago jokers started posting 5 star reviews on Tripadvisor.   They desribed its luxurious bedrooms and top class leisure facilities and spa.  They praised the friendly staff and its prime location, not to mention the fine dining and first class cuisine. .  There were so many of them it ended up in the top 100 places to stay in the UK and one of the highest rated hotels in Glasgow.   This resulted in loads of booking enquiries.  But honestly you wouldn't book your worst enemy in here! (not that it was ever possible to make a booking anyway).
