... of Leeds City Centre, clearly enjoying feeding pigeons, oblivious to people around him

I doubt everyone shared his real enthusiasm for the birds which are generally considered a pest.

I passed the same spot about an hour later and he was still there surrounded by pigeons, when he almost certainly should have been elsewhere.
