Today was a day of busy nothingness where the day just sort of disappears and there's nothing to show for it.

A few phone calls re. problems with Alan's repeat prescriptions, a visit from the local interior design woman who's making the curtains for the big lounge. Given there's two large windows (high ceilings!) and two sets French doors in the room, there was a lot of measuring. The material she ordered for me has arrived so the curtains should be ready fairly quickly. The decorator is hoping to get the new wallpaper on before the end of March, so fingers crossed, the room should finally be finished by mid April. Woo hoo! :-))

Alan came home from school with a Comic Relief Cookie that he'd made. Usually any goodies he brings home, he insists are either for me or his dad buthe wanted us to share this one. We did but I got first bite so it wasn't exactly half and half ;-))) Very tasty it was too!
