Roses

.......... this is a rambling rose in my garden that has almost completely taken over an old tree. It is extremely vigorous ........ each autumn I chop quite a substantial amount off it to try to keep it somewhat under control but that seems to make grow even more.
It is covered with hundreds of buds and quite a lot of blooms are already out ........ the scent is really heady and has pervaded all through the house as the bush is situated near a window that I’ve had wide open all day.......... who needs air freshener when you can have the real thing ;-)
