Comfort Food on an Empty Fridge

Essay writing requires comfort food but when you've just got back from holiday and have a completely empty fridge, you have to make do so rice pudding, or should that be Riz-au-Lait was where I found my self. Making it with long-grain rice and way more cinnamon that necessaru didn't help its success but it worked a treat and my essay was pretty much done. Went to see Ludovic and Elsa after to work to get some help with my essay, and ended up staying for dinner for the third evening in a row. They must be getting sick of me!
