Evening Ride

I cycled through the Dalmeny Estate to South Queensferry, a 16.5 mile  (27km) round trip.  Added to the 5.5 mile (8.8km) that makes for a total of 22 miles (35.8km).  I feel quite good about this, although relative to the people I know who did Celtman (3.8 mile sea swim, 200km cycle with 2,000m height gain, 26 mile run over two 1000m Monroes) at the weekend it's totally pathetic.

Still, at least I got a slight change of scenery this evening - a rarity in my weeks at the moment.
