Where’s your note?

Sunrise punctuality report:

Nipped down the beach for a pee about 6.30.
No sign of the sun!
‘He gets later every day, I think he needs a formal warning’ sez I.
Silence from the Silverback.

Two walkers photobombed their way right through the photo shoot.
‘Would you mind getting a wriggle on, we’re trying to work here’ sez I.
Silence from the walkers.

Finally the Sun pops into work at 0640hrs.
‘Where’s your late note?’ sez I.
Silence from the Sun.

Somedays it seems no one hears me!
(Well except for the Silverback, but he only answers half the time.)

Walking back from the beach a Bush Turkey
crossed the path. Gave him a Yelp and chased him into the bushes. He jumped up a tree quick smart.
Hmm.. one very small victory in a morning of insignificance!

Mustn’t grumble, breakfast was right on time and my blanket was still on the sofa from watching the Socceroos play Kuwait at 0400!

Hopped back on the sofa.
No one spoke.
Sometimes silence is a good thing!
