Vacation #day 26# Windmill in Sloten

Today we visited Stavoren, Sloten and Balk.
In the photo you see the windmill of Sloten.
Sloten is a fortress town with a very nice street in the center.
The street was a canal with only a footpath on both sides with an occasional terrace. On one of those terraces we had a nice drink of wine and already quietly said goodbye to Friesland.
Tomorrow we will continue to North Holland to the town of Callandsoog, where we have booked a campsite close to the North Sea.
