Mardi Gras Poster 1986

A blip from the house and an extra from our Shorewatch: We watched three otters for about 20 minutes and I got a three-minute video of them fairly close.  The extra is a still from the video.  The otters don't stand out very well, this was about 10 pm and I filmed it on my phone.
