Colourful - But Beware When Raining

These add a welcome bit of colour and a degree of shade to Falmouth’s main drag although they do not extend all the way through, they finish at Church Corner.
In the right weather conditions, rain with light winds, they tend to fill with water and randomly flip, dumping the water onto the unsuspecting public below. I was fortunate, whilst chatting to the ex Mayor and his wife last week the flip got him not me.
Certainly brightens up the place though.
