Bowl of Beets

The beets are from the St. Johns Farmers Market yesterday.
It's a nice, small market in a parking lot near the library, after being booted off the downtown spot where they're building a 3 or 4 story apartment building. A lot of that building still going on. We didn't have to stand in line for the beets or the collard greens, but the two bakery stands were quite long. We like our sweets.
