Waiting For Tulips

Lizzie's on the lookout for the tulips. I think she knows how good she'll look among the colors, although she may be using the foliage to conceal her ample figure. It looks like she'll have to wait a bit longer, but things are sprouting in this part of the world and I'm having trouble believing that we're almost halfway through March already.

Well, the flower pots are ready for planting. My friend Rhonda and I have a planned outing to a huge nursery in a couple weekends which ought to result in a flurry of planting activity. We have to use caution though because there could be a bit of snow in our future -- sometimes March has a surprise or two in store for us.
