Silvereye....

.....picking at insects on the autumn flowering camellia bush which is nearing the end now winter is here.

These tiny birds flit around so quickly the branches of the camellia bob up and down and sway left and right, this little bird is in focus while the flower is doing all the moving.

Monday.....a bleak day, fog through most of the morning, the sky has been grey all day, the air filled with smoke as fires are dampened down, 12C. Hubby has been up at the hangar while I've been pottering.
