Oh My! How the Babies Have Grown!

On May 13th, I posted a picture of a sand-hill crane couple with two little ones. I think this is mom crane and junior a month later. The family of four was virtually in the same location 30 days later. (The grubs must be good here.)

I have decided to name this pair from the headstone that is behind them. Mom is now Florence, and junior is Randall. What if Randall is a girl? (Randi?)

The inscription on the stone is touching. It says that Florence was born on Christmas day, and was married to her husband Garland for 70 years. Sounds like a good love story.
