Celebrated Father’s Day early

We took dad out to eat for Father’s Day instead of next Sunday since we will not be here. We went for seafood at a little place by a marina in a town called Greenport on the north fork of Long Island. On the way back we stopped at a couple of farm stands and picked up a fresh apple pie which we had back at mom and dad’s with some coffee. My brother returned from Greece yesterday and saw him for a little bit before we left. We went for a little walk afterwards at the nature trail at the beach. Caught the ferry in the blip leaving Port Jefferson heading to Bridgeport Connecticut. Short work week coming up, we are heading up to Maine on Wednesday for a long weekend.
