Morfa Beach

I slept so well last night in our new bed and actually had a lie in this morning, which was nice for a change.  Then at 11am Yvonne came to pick me up as we'd arranged to go for a walk at Morfa beach in Conwy.  One advantage of going out with someone local, is finding new places to take Alan.

Morfa beach is a little bit of paradise - it's very sandy and doesn't get as busy as some of the other beaches.  We parked near Conwy marina and walked along the beach, it was busy with boats coming  out of the marina along the little estuary to the sea.

I got home about 1.30pm and after mowing the grass and finishing a few jobs, we sat in the garden and enjoyed a beer.  Then tonight we've had to empty the kitchen and cover the units as the plasterer is coming back tomorrow to skim the kitchen and utility room ceiling.  It's all go!
