Overwhelming day.

I didn’t sleep well at all. I am so anxious about the viewing at 1pm I dont m ow what to do with myself.

It was amazing. And doable and oh my we offered less and it was accepted. I refuse to get excited and make plans though as the disappointment last time broke me.

Off for a bbq and to bed as the stress got the better of me in the form of a bad headache.

Headed off to sort a space for Noddy. Watching him drive up the road to be delivered was unbelievable. We went for s spin in it afterwards. AMAZING!!!! Smiles for miles alllll round!!!!
