Super Sunday

A very hot 6 mile run with sis this morning. The temperature rose very quickly and we struggled at the end.

Then a dog walk...dragged the kids out of bed but we all really enjoyed it once we were out.

Mum and dad came over to watch the England game. It was great, especially because the scoreline went our way.

Tonight more entertaining. Rob & Lou came over for a meal and drinks. Lots of laughs.

Quite possibly the perfect Sunday.
