Self Care Together 13 - Rest

Short seats in the garden as too hot & I burn easy.

Walks round the garden to enjoy the colours.

Short walk round park after tea.

Chilling watching nature photographers fav clips, liked the one about sea otters. Then trying to keep awake for Brian Cox Space (as same effect as Patrick Moore - interesting but over loaded with info makes sleepy although trying to concentrate as interesting.)

Blip of some of the garden colour.

Extra: house visitor which must have sneaked in the window last night & this morning at breakfast time was sitting on the window, went on my finger quite easily before out the window back into the garden. Hawthorn shield bug & happy spotted not really for the house but that it is in the garden.
