New material!

At my recent visit to the Colchester theatre, the wardrobe team told me about a fabric they use for costuming, so I investigated and got some.
It looks and feels like quilt wadding, but when you apply heat, it shrinks and solidifies. This is my second attempt at using it, and I can see it’s benefits. Far less messy than buckram, and much quicker to use.  

In other news M’s friend has sent a few messages, and M is collecting his wife from the airport on Tuesday morning. Very much playing everything by ear at the moment.
