Horses

The Bug was very pleased to be at a horse-riding birthday lesson today. He loves animals - they seem to make him very calm and happy.

Adventuring this afternoon, whereby the boys and the girls separated but both ended up scaling steep, dry, loose slopes in an attempt to find a new path. Only the former group were successful. The Bear and I gave up and turned back. As usual, I returned with pockets full of leaves, twigs, and stones.
