Special Delivery

When I read on blip that a https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2846168537494454394 horse chestnut sapling was destined for Achmelvich it seemed obvious to offer to take it, as our holiday cottage was so close by.

We duly collected it (plus a few stowaways), packed it in the car and today delivered it safely and undamaged to its new home.

We spent a delightful hour over coffee, talking of knitting and crochet and Lego besides the more obvious topics but declined a guided tour of the beach to get back base, to beat the forecast wet weather.

Thus most of the afternoon was spent watching horizontal rain whilst editing photos of two stags, taken at breakfast time. Not good enough for extras, maybe they'll be back another day.
