A Bit Of Sparkle

I had a blood test and a Covid test this morning in Swansea which meant the chance for coastal walk. We walked from Limeslade Bay to Rotherslade Bay on the coast path. There were lots of swimmers in the sea at Rotherslade and it looked very tempting!
On the way back I snapped this sparkly sea shot.

After the football in the afternoon (and a great win for England), we went on another walk with Mr M’s mum - this time just the local circuit round Cilybebyll.

Clocked up over 13,000 steps today and my feet were fine. So grateful that my neuropathy has improved so much and I’m able to walk again.
