'Race you for the stick'

This morning conditions were just perfect for the dogs who loved the water. The tide was out, the sea calm with only the smallest of ripples and these two labs were having the most wonderful time.

Perfect weather today so after listening to our online church services we had an early lunch and then headed out for our own version of the triathlon .... cycle, walk, cycle with a stop on the way home for an ice cream.
