Elderflower champagne

Last night I picked the 7 Elderflowers and set to making the Elderflower champagne. I used my mum’s old recipe. Tonight after it has had 24 hours I then have to strain it through cloth and bottle it up. Fingers crossed that it works.

So hot today, I will leave it until much later before Charlie, Pierce and I go for our evening walk.
