Today we went to Wareham forest - hadn’t been there for a while. It’s obvious now that a lot of the trees burned in the forest fires last summer will not live which is so sad, but many are showing signs of growth and the undergrowth is looking very healthy now. 
We had our picnic there then, on the way home, had a brief stop at Puddletown forest.
