West to out apiary to the sort out the queen cells in one of the hives.

Having thought about it and got all the equipment ready yesterday set to task.

Lots of queen cells 2 capped. Bees sitting on the comb which to me indicated ready to swarm.

Found the queen on bottom box and put her in a nuc with some bees. So much brood so split into a super with queen cells and the flying bees gave a queen cell. If it does not work at least one will be ok.

Dropped in on beekeeper I am mentoring, all good.

Home and watched football until that moment.
