To bee or not to bee

Well, it's not a bee but a bee mimic. 
I'm fairly sure this is a member of the hoverfly family (believe it or not) and is called a Narcissus bulb fly (Meridon equestris). This particular species has quite a few different morphs and this fitted one of the descriptions pretty well.
My other choice of blip for today was a perched kestrel - tricky choice but I went for the one where I could have a jokey title :)
